Dinner, Toys, and Fun

Wednesday night, in Beijing we ate dinner at a restaurant on a lake. At the entrance to the path to the lake there were a lot of salesmen showing you how different toys work. One toy was like a hacky sack where people would kick them back and forth to each other but this one has feathers on top of a piece of rubber that jingles. I bought one with green, red, yellow, and blue feathers.
The second item I bought was a helicopter type toy. You would slingshot it up in the air and it would twirl down for you to catch. The helicopter had a blue neon light so you could find it in the dark sky. Mine had two green, pink, purple, and yellow colored wings.

Then we ate dinner at a Chinese restaurant. We had duck, which was brown like poop, abalone which looked like a dog chew toy, and sautéed bamboo strips. Yuck, yuck, yuck, I hated the bamboo strips.
Overall it was a fun and wonderful night.
